Id travel the world for you Id trade my life in for a date or two Mindy, where did you go? What do you see? In him instead of me? I won't be the loneliest heart I just don't know how to start Mindy, where did you go? What do you see? in him instead of me? Instead of me girl Instead of me girl Mindy, where did you go? What do you see? in him instead of me? In him instead Go with him instead girl Words and Lyrics written by Jeremy Edmond @RoboJackRecords @Jebbsmusic Jebbsmusic.bandcamp.com

If you're to tall Then you're too talkative my friend When you give all The service calls a never ending ring Are you my lonely friend Does your back break from your spinal attack The lines yeah The lines yeah You’re taking to short Is this the abridged version or are you hurt? Yeah Yeah yeah yeah As good as you are the joy still pulls us down I've been told before if I hang my idols on the walls i would grow up strong and be just like them But they all fall down The tape doesn't hold up for long No it doesn’t hold up for long They fall just the same as you Words and Lyrics written by Jeremy Edmond @RoboJackRecords @Jebbsmusic Jebbsmusic.bandcamp.com

about

“Mindy B/W Yeahh'' is the first in a set of three singles to promote Jebb’s upcoming album “Space Ship Truth: The Official Soundtrack to an Unofficial Movie” that is being released by Robo Jack Records.

“Mindy B/W Yeahh” was written by Jeremy Edmond (Jebb) and originally planned for the band Your Friend Jebb (Jebb, Owen Radford, Tyler Green & Arthur Roberts [The Posies, Sushi Robo, The Service Providers, and Peach])’s concept album “Cardboard Cutouts”, but as time passed (2019-2021) Your Friend Jebb has been disbanded. But, the song remains and Jebb alongside Owen Radford wrote a new concept album to fit these tracks and 21 others into!
The album’s story follows Ray and Mindy, a couple who start to suspect there may be a connection between alien sightings in their town, and strange, unexplainable things that have started happening to them and their relationship.

How do these two songs fit into the story? Well...

“Mindy” is about Ray searching for Mindy after an argument because he knows she's the one.

“Yeahh” is one of the songs Ray writes for his fictional band, only to hear it start playing on the radio shortly afterwards, as if his fictional band had become real... just one of the many weird occurrences that began after the aliens started appearing.
